Shanghai biochip Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2001, led by Shanghai Venture Investment Co. Ltd., Shanghai Institute of Life Science Research Institute and Fudan University and other eleven in Shanghai's domestic life science and biotechnology in the field of the famous university, research institutes, hospitals and enterprises jointly set up a total investment of 290 million yuan.
